New clothing & accessories are eligible for IN-STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving product. If you would like to return for in-store credit, please email shop@lostsoulfound.com to initiate the return providing name and order number. Once confirmed, a shipping label will be emailed. 

Lost Soul Found will receive and inspect returned items providing confirmation of in store credit in 2-3 days via email.  The in-store credit is saved in our system and never expires.

All vintage items are FINAL sale and all pieces are sold AS IS.

Please make sure to look at the dimensions in the item description and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase.
